You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, perform, republish, transmit, or otherwise exploit the content without prior written permission from Beetzee Play or the respective content owner.
• Engage in any unauthorized downloading, copying, or redistribution of content, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to streaming, rebroadcasting, or uploading to third-party platforms.

Any unauthorized use of the content may result in the immediate termination of your access to Beetzee Play and could lead to legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages or injunctive relief.

6. Giftings

Beetzee Play allows users to send and receive gifting features within the app. These gifts are series titles. All gifting transactions are final and non-refundable. Users are expected to use this feature responsibly and in accordance with our community standards. Misuse of the gifting feature (e.g., fraudulent activity or harassment) may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the app.

7. Moments

The Moments feature allows users to create and share personal highlights or snapshots related to their Beetzee Play experience. By posting content through Moments, you grant Beetzee Play a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and share your submitted content within the app. Please ensure that your content does not infringe on any copyrights, privacy rights, or violate community guidelines. Beetzee Play reserves the right to moderate or remove any content that breaches these terms.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of Beetzee Play may require payment, including per-episode purchases, subscription fees, or one-time payments to unlock content. By making a purchase, you agree to the following payment terms:

• All payments are final and non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise by Beetzee Play.
• The prices for content or services will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. By proceeding with the transaction, you consent to the amount being charged.
